This section applies to users engaging with Registered Medical Practitioners via the platform.
The App acts solely as a technology facilitator and "Intermediary" that connects Users (Patients) with Registered Medical Practitioners (Doctors). The Company does not provide medical services, healthcare advice, or medical diagnoses. The Doctors listed on the Platform are independent practitioners and are not employees of the Company.
The use of the App does not create a Doctor-Patient relationship between the User and the Company. Any medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription provided via the App is solely the responsibility of the consulting Doctor. The Company is not a party to the medical interaction between the Doctor and the Patient.

SCRS results depend on user-entered information, laboratory test reports, and imaging reports provided by external centres. Swizton Medtech is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data provided by the user or third-party service providers.

The risk-based pathways (low / intermediate / high) are indicative in nature. Decisions regarding further investigations, medications, interventions, and hospitalization must be taken exclusively by the user’s treating physician.
SCRS is not intended for medical emergencies. SCRS does not provide real-time emergency services.
In case of symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, sudden weakness, or neurological symptoms, the user must seek immediate emergency medical attention.

SCRS does not guarantee prevention of cardiac disease or reduction of adverse cardiac events. Health outcomes depend on multiple personal, clinical, lifestyle, and genetic factors beyond the scope of SCRS.
SCRS is designed for population-level screening and stratification. It may not be valid for children, pregnant women, or individuals with known advanced cardiovascular disease unless used under medical supervision.

SCRS algorithms, thresholds, and recommendations may be periodically updated based on clinical evidence, advisory board recommendations, validation studies, or regulatory/compliance changes. Updated versions may alter previously generated scores.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of SCRS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
